Hongmou Zhang
Hongmou Zhang is a postdoctoral associate in the Future Urban Mobility IRG at the Singapre-MIT Alliance for Reserach and Technology. He recently graduated from MIT Department of Urban Studies and Planning with a Ph.D. in Urban Science and Planning. His research is focused on the social perspective of mobility sharing, the market efficiency of mobility sharing services, and the interaction and communication of autonomous vehicles with other transportation modes. With a background in mathematics, planning, transportation, geography, and computer science, Hongmou combines the theories and methods of multiple disciplines to formulate urban problems, and provides analytical and simulation results for policy and practical implications.
